THERAPIST, FOUNDER

Allison Bonner

MS, LMFT-Associate
License #: 206209

Meet Allison,

Allison is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy Associate who is passionate about helping couples and families facing changes in their family structure due to death, disability, pregnancy loss, and divorce/separation. She completed her master’s degree in Couple, Marriage and Family Therapy at Texas Tech University. During her time at Texas Tech her passion for research led her to publishing a research paper on common factors that help children of divorce to thrive, and she participated in a research project on successful professional athlete marriages.

In her clinical work, she strives to meet clients where they are and creates an environment that promotes lasting change in their lives. Allison draws on several types of therapies to help clients reach their therapeutic goals. These therapies have a focus on creating new experiences in and out of therapy, creating change to the structure of the client system, and focusing on solutions rather than getting caught up in problems.

Meet Julie,

Julie is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy Associate with a passion for supporting neurodivergent individuals, couples, and families. She recently completed her master’s degree in Couple, Marriage, and Family Therapy at Texas Tech University, where her research focused on the experiences of women who received an autism diagnosis in adulthood. This work shaped her interest in helping clients navigate identity, communication, and relationships with greater understanding and compassion.

In Julie’s work, she draws from Emotionally Focused Therapy and Internal Family Systems, while staying grounded in a humanistic perspective that sees all people as innately good. Her goal is to create a safe, collaborative space where clients feel truly heard, valued, and supported. Julie especially enjoys working with couples, and with clients facing challenges such as trauma, anxiety, or communication difficulties.
